The Auto Transport Trailer had a tire with low air. I filled it up before leaving Crystal River, FL, had to stop in Chiefland, FL, to add air to the tire again, and it was low again when I turned it in in Perry, FL. Very aggravating and time consuming!

The experience was ok just the price that i was quoted when i made the reservation went up a little. The truck i reserved was no longer available when i got there so they gave me a bigger box truck instead of a pickup which was more fuel. I thought once you reserve the truck it is held for you but i guess i was wrong. This is my first time renting from uhaul

Customer service is terrible, hire an employee to take care of the Uhaul end of the business. Waited 1hr and 20 mins while you waited on people buying gas Tabacco etc. Then kept handing me the phone back and fourth to talk to someone that was rude and could hardly speak English. Then had to give you my card numbers over the phone in front people??? Are you crazy? Especially when I already did it online. Sorry but this location is a joke.

The rental blankets were very dirty. When I unloaded my furniture it was covered with sand and I was not prepared for this so now my furniture is in storage covered with sand. The sand was so bad the uhaul agent that received the truck said I needed to sweep the truck out again. I feel uhaul should provide compensation for my dirt covered furniture.

Repair the right turn signal. It screwed up my turn indicator for the entire trip. Also, the hitch is so warn that it won’t tighten safely. Please note, when there is ice on the hitch it cannot be tightened. This is very dangerous.

We dropped off the truck early. It was fine, though there was no one to accept the truck.. used a drop box. The store owner DID come out after we were ready to leave. but was very helpful.

The business is actually a CITGO-signed station, even though the business is listed as a Texaco. Nice owner who completed the checkouts fast and easy.

No drop box for key and store was not open. Had to contact uhaul to find out what to do. They called owner whom was not answering. I was then instructed to put key over visor and not to lock the truck. Had to call back and confirm that truck was returned. Made me nervous to leave unattended as there were people waiting for store to open.
