I am sorry for been late in my survey. I was very happy with the service I recieved, my experiance with the sales/rential rep. was great with setting up date for pick-up, picking up car hauler with insur., paper work on line set-up and ready. the car haul was in good shape, clean and worked excellent towing from pick-up to drop -off in St. Johnsbury, VT. Ronnie MRude and cunniving best describes the personnel at the drop off location that insisted I had brought the truck back with less fuel than it had. When I showed him where he was wrong, he blew dirt in my direction with a hand operated blower while “cleaning” the floor floor and then slammed the door shut. NOT a good look for U-Haul.
