mauren rI used this location because I waited until the last minute and there wasn't much available. I don't think the radio dial or cupholder would've been broken at a normal store UHaul staff checking the vehicles each time. Checking in and out at my convenience using the app was nice though. Except when I had to call support because the app is buggy.
Justin BWhen picking up the uhaul, the man at the counter was rude when I said I couldn't hear him. He handed me two keys and told us to figure out which one went to which Uhaul. When we figured it out and came back to return the other key, he didn't give us any paperwork to sign despite it being an in store pickup. We asked if we were good to go and he just gave us a thumbs up. We went out to the truck, the back door was open and it had furniture and trash in it. I spent almost thirty minutes on the phone completing the pickup process
Jace JI received several emails stating I didn’t drop the truck off. Come to find out they never checked it in as a return.
Jamal HAfter an hour and finally getting into the originally assigned vehicle, it would not start. It took nearly 2 hours to get through the pick-up process and get out of the parking to begin my move. Extremely frustrating.
steve hThe 24/7 service was an absolute nightmare. We picked the truck up, it took over an hour and a half to get into the truck and leave the lot. It was so late we didn’t check the cargo area. The next morning, we woke up to find a lock on the cargo door. Our movers sat around for an hour while we were on the phone with customer service (all very nice!). One rep called the regional manager and he was not helpful, just said “the lock worked yesterday.” Then, we had to drop the truck off in the pouring/freezing rain—wouldn’t normally be an issue…EXCEPT when you are checking out it asks for pictures of the cargo area, which we had already locked not realizing and took another 3 minutes of standing in the rain to get it open.
Charles PThe gas station wasn’t in a great part of town and the pick up seemed sketchy. I was barely asked to show the reservation # on my phone.
