After picking up the rental, before leaving the lot, vehicle reported low tire pressure in one of the rear wheels. Representative stated the tire pressure was checked earlier & is fine - but just an issue with the sensor. Not a great confidence boost when the tire pressure monitor keeps reporting issues each time the vehicle is started - especially when it's loaded with personal items.

The onsite contact should give customers a heads up that they will get a text to take and upload pictures before leaving. I didn’t notice this until I reached my destination and the link had expired when I tried to use it.

Freddie VBefore I picked up, I was called by someone at Uhaul to go to another location and offered a discount on mileage. That location was not open after I Ubered there. Ubered to another location ($20 in fees). The new location was fine but I did not receive the mileage discount in the end. I'm not happy with the entire situation and additional costs associated with the runaround.
