Before I picked up, I was called by someone at Uhaul to go to another location and offered a discount on mileage. That location was not open after I Ubered there. Ubered to another location ($20 in fees). The new location was fine but I did not receive the mileage discount in the end. I'm not happy with the entire situation and additional costs associated with the runaround.
