The location is quite remote. I had poor cell signal which made it near impossible to use your app or the link I had to have someone send me to check out and back in with the required pictures. That app and procedure is enough for me to make u-haul my last choice for any services moving forward.

Joshua Athe driver door was broken on the way back to my daddy house after driving damn near the whole day back and forth moving my stuff the driver door kept tryna fly open and it was locked! and the gas is pot you could just put gas in the u-haul and will have to put more within 15 minutes it had a leakage in the gas tank! also the stirring wheel could cost me my life, yall tried to charge me $700 dollars for a u-haul that’s in poor condition all the was around the driver wheel you have to have turned just to keep the tires straight i could have gotten into a wreak or even worse i could have died because of how poor the condition it’s in ! DONT RECOMMEND
