I only said yes I would recommend because it’s the closest rental truck location in our area. The office was closed two out of three times; the sign didn’t match their late openings. We waited 1-1/2 hrs to rent the truck, dropped the truck off early on day of return when a sign on the door said they were gone to the doctor and would open 12:30-1:00pm. We kept the key and locked the truck up on their property at 10:00am waited 2 hours and returned around 12:00pm; luckily they were open to return the key and have it inspected. They had someone in their quilting shop/ U-Haul office and couldn’t leave the office to inspect the truck. So we left since they had our card number and said they would credit our card if we paid in advance for more mileage than we actually used. We turned the truck in 6-1/2 hrs early, full of gas and wiped clean with wet rag. The equipment was in same condition when we received it. Convince of their location and clean truck with cool air in cab the 2 star positives of this transaction.

This location is new so they are learning but it is great, smells wonderful in there, very friendly helpful staff, will rent from them again
