I would recommend others to book their reservation and pick up at a location when they are open because my experience with the online team was horrible. I have a temporary driver’s license and the app didn’t accept it and asked me upload old or expired drivers license. One online representative flagged my account for uploading the expired driver’s licence. Feel the online representative should be trained on empathy and trying to understand situations before deciding.

Geoffrey IThe truck must be cleaner. There were coffee spilled on the seat. We found candy bar Wrappers behind the seats and under the console. The truck itself exterior wise was clean and the box was clean also. The equipment itself was good., excellent fuel mileage for such a large truck. . If I could make one suggestion though, it would be really great to have a longer ramp. A 10 footer would get rid of the high angles when the truck has to be parked with the back end is higher than the front of the truck facing downhill.

Saumin OEven though our reservation was for 9am, there was nobody working at all,had to call the owner and she was in bed, said they changed the reservation to 10am, and we were NOT notified, we needed at specific time as we had plans. The driveway was not plowed and spent 20 minutes with NO help to clear truck of snow and ice and snow around the area. We rent trucks frequently, and spend a lot of $ with UHaul, this is NOT good service at all.
Lynda Ctruck interior was dirty not wiped down and floormats were dirty truck wasn't wiped off from snow. Driving truck felt like the driveshaft was shaking the whole truck. Engine light came on. So called girl said not to worry about it. I also told them I needed truck for another day. Which wasn't a problem. I was charged 193 when picked up truck then charged 105 for another day. After i drop truck off and leave I got an email charging me another 1530.89 being billed. Wow what over 1800.00 for a 3 day rental?
Jodi DThe truck should be Full of gas at pick up because it is difficult to calculate filling it back to anything other then full. So I ended up returning it with a quarter more gas than I used. Also if the return time is 10:00 am , I expect some to be there and there was not.
John MPlease verify your truck odometer because from company they had charged me 68 km driven but actually the truck is driven 35 km. And also the fuel charges i had already fill the tank with the same level but still company is charging more 10 dollars for that. Thank you
Deep BI rented the truck for just 1 hour for 15 mins; they charged me $10 for the CLEANING FEE for a couple of footprints. That's ridiculous, and be careful in this location.
WEI WSanjay was absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service, polite and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them because they accommodate the customers specific needs.

Leopold LThis rental experience was an absolute nightmare. #1- i adjusted my rental time so I could pick up my truck during business hours. When I arrived no one was there and they stated it was a mobile pickup (regardless they were supposed to be open). #2 - There was a minimal amount of snow in the parking lot, however it took me 10 min to get the truck out of the parking lot due to the poor tire conditions i could not get any traction. When I finally got the vehicle out it was extremely unsafe to drive on winter roads and I had to avoid busy hills in town due to fear of sliding. #3 - The truck smelled like cigaratte smoke and the tank was empty. I had to gas it up with $20 just to ensure i did not run out of gas during my rental. #4 - Upon return, (this is friday at 2pm) the business had decided to not upon, therefore the parking lot was still not cleared, furthermore the plow had gone by and i got stuck in the driveway returning the truck. I called the owners who said not their problem and to call 1800 Uhaul, which i did while being stuck for direction, however waited on hold for 30 min. Eventually I got help and got the vehicle back on the road, proceeded to shovel the mouth of the parking lot and attempted to re-enter to make it safely into the lot. The worst part of it all is due to safety concerns I returned my vehicle early and did not finish the move I needed to using the U-Haul. Completely waste of money and poor experience from both the service and the ownership of the business. I hope this message is read and some form of action is taken to make your product / service better in the future. I do believe you offer a vital service at affordable rates, however at least in Northern ontario Canada I will never rent again. Sincerely Chad Ingram --> 705-971-8893

Willard STell people not bother coming early .... the poor girl was hounded by a customer to get the truck early.... make accommodations for holidays when landfills are closed and people cant get rid of unwanted items.... especially "new" holidays that didnt exist before.... unfortunately i got stuck with a bed and desk i didnt need and had to return the next morning, and rent a truck again to take it to the dump.... come on.... cant you call the city to pick it up like any good city should?? Get your act together!!
michael oReservation was cancelled on me the day of. No one was at the uhaul location to speak to. The area manager reserved a unit 30 minutes out of town. I declined as there was 5 trucks sitting on the lot, 1 of which I'm sure was my rental. I went for 12 noon. I was told they called me at 930am to verify. Once I got a rental in town again by complaining to Jay, I'm told is the area manager at the same location I spoke with the lady who admitted the phone did not ring and I do not use voicemail. This was admitted to after I showed her my phone with no missed calls. She was short with me and did not care. This is now after 2pm, my schedule had been ruined. She walked me out the door and did not come to the truck with me, simply pointed it out. When I arrived the rear door was open on 3 or 4 trucks and I noticed all of them had debris inside. The truck I rented also had debris inside. The truck itself worked well other than the steering wheel is turned far to the right to go straight so the flasher would not stay on when turning. I returned the truck, no one was there. Left the key in the mailbox. The next day I noticed on an invoice I was charged a cleaning fee and they claimed the side was brushed. Well let me tell you this truck was filthy when I picked it up, it has almost 160k kms on it and has scratches and brushed marks all over it. I am not even sure how would could pinpoint a new brush to the side, I certainly was not moving anywhere near trees or anything that could touch it. I will never rent from that location again, and I certainly would like all these fees explained before leaving. On top, the Thai uhaul rental location texted me about returning the truck! So a lot for my disappointment was over the locations lack of care and training, added hidden fees. The area manager is a joke. 5 trucks on that lot, one which was mine, and he went ahead and made the second reservation out of town while i know of at least 5 trucks on thag lot alone. No customer service skills at all. I spent $500 for 3 days. I will not return unless a large portion is refunded. Horrific service from the Thai and Jay.

As if it’s not bad enough I had to pick it up at a convenience store full of cats and completely untrained staff? NEVER AGAIN!
