The location is NOT Thali... it is a Smitty's... spent ages trying to actually FIND the right place to go in as it is a busy mall space... had to ask a random passerby who happened to know that Thali closed ages ago and that the Uhaul is in the Smitty's. Insid the Smitty's there was no one at the desk, Smitty's staff came and went, I tried to talk to someone who just said "leave the key, you'll get a receipt in a half an hour... no receipt came for afull day....
Sarah NTruck was shaking, may be some issue in engine but later it ran good. 5 start for the person who helped a lot over the phone. he helped for pick up , drop off easy. person also helped over the phone for the issue.
