The reservation “system” needs to be improved upon. My reservation did not actually reserve a location or a time that I chose. When I was called they attempted to send me twice the distance from my home away initially (which in SW PA can be a significant distance). Luckily, I was able to suggest places closer that would be able to accommodate the original reservation made by me.
