The steering wheel was clocked in such a way as to make it very difficult to see the speedometer while driving.
Richard WI was a bit confused about the return policy because apparently I did not read the contract correctly. Felt great about returning much earlier than expected but they did not know because I didn’t realize I was supposed to notify via app of return. Staff was very understanding. Thank you.

Karl MOnly problem is to see if I'm going to get my deposit back in the early fashion and they made a mistake and they still owe me $56 and see if that come back on my car but other than that everything is excellent with the workers with how they know how to do their job and everything like that just things happen but let's see if they correct their mistake
kinte hLocation at FSU did not have the equipment we reserved. Had to drive 90 miles to get trailer we needed. Never again will we use Uhaul and we’ll tell everyone we know

Stephen BNice comfortable ride. All vehicles should be required to have a half a tank of gas in them when dropped off to return spot. The governor on the engine keeps you from keeping up with traffic on the interstate. Other than that I was completely satisfied.

Mike RMr. George restored my faith in U-Haul. I had a bad experience in my home town and had to resort other solutions to move a car. Using the car hauler requires proper truck pulling the correct size car. I get it. There was a similar problem with this rental UNTIL I explained to George the issue and he checked again and found that he had mistakenly forgot to change one of the parameters. Most wouldn't have admitted to this. He is a very honest and hard working person. I was helped in the most polite and courteous manor. This business has the small town feel that you're looking for. Wish they were all this good!

Melanie CI will never use y'all again I had to pay for the miles and then the truck is a gas hog over all it cost me 900$ over all just two go two Troy Alabama and back from bluntstown that is outrageous and I will never recommend or use y'all again that was way too much but as far as the location they were amazing but y'all cost to much and y'all wanted never see me get a nother one from y'all at all
