The box truck was in the worst condition I had ever seen. The driver's seat was mostly foam, the check engine light and another unknow light stayed on the entire time, the inside light didn't work, and the lights went through the hole on me and left me having to drive home in the dark with no light except the emergency flashers. The workers were very friendly and cooperative with us, so as far as that goes I would recommend, but they definitely need to work on fixing their trucks.MELISSA HOPE H.

The defrost on the truck didn't work, it Only put out cold air. It fogged up the windshield and made almost Impossible to drive in the dark. Also the truck shook when going speeds 50 and up.JASON C.

Change your rates uhaul used to include so many miles with the rental now your charging 1$ per mile from the time you pull off the lot . I will not be renting another one unless I have absolutely no other choiceRobert G.

The customer service was very good but the truck didn't seem to be very well maintained or clean. The tires seemed to out of balance resulting in a very unstable ride and the brightness/ alignment of the headlights made the drive at night sketchy especially in during a rainMARK R.
My 20' truck with a trailer pulling my Jeep broke down because the Uhaul workers forgotâ€¦FORGOT to put coolant into the radiatorâ€¦.so for 6 hours I was broke down on the WV turnpike because of an overheating engine! The Uhaul workers at all of the places I had to go were very rude (this was before the break down). I will never do ANY business with Uhaul againâ€¦I am still thinking of suing!JOSHUA J.

Wouldnl't recommend to get a u haul. I did the rental confirmation on line. Even got a "confirmation" number. I reserved a pick up truck. When I got to the location, they had no trucks. Says that my truck was reserved at another location in another state. I asked the gentleman to call to make sure they had it there. Sure enough, it was not there they had no pickup trucks. The gentleman at Ashland was very helpful. Got me a boxed truck and was very apologetic. I woud never recommend u haul, they dropped the ball.Richard B.

My husband I were offered the 100 mile package and the guy told us it would be .25 per mile after. We returned the rental and was charged .39 per mile. I will make sure for now on its put in writing because thats is wrong.CHRISTIENNE M.

Unit was attached to my tow vehicle while the right tires were entangled in a guy wire (steel cable), unknown to me and obviously the staff member who hooked me up and left. i tried to pull out and was stopped by the wire.. Another employee arrived and implied that this situation was somehow MY fault !! Rude, uninformed, ignorant and arrogant staff and owner. I asked about the service condition of the rental unit, ie lugs checked, tire pressures, etc. I was advised that "we don't have a way to do that". REALLY?! I checked and found tire pressures that ranged from 45 psi to 90 psi, each tire a different pressure! crappy, crappy Customer Service, U-haul should be ashamed of this place, as your representative.RICHARD P.

Customer service was outstanding at the location. The mobile app for returning the rental is horrible though. Poor communication and no clear instructions. I had already locked up the van and turned in the keys before it told me I needed photographs of the interior. Thankfully, one of the representatives helped me. Aside from the ridiculous website return service, no complaints.EDWARD S.
The 10' cargo truck I rented was powerful and operated GREAT! The only 'complaints' I have is the truck did not have cruise control which would have helped on a 700 mile highway trip and the seat isn't comfortable (reclining back) for hours of driving. This the 2nd year I've used UHaul for my trip and I'm going to use UHaul next year.MIcHAEL C.

This place was great. I had originally booked a Uhaul trailer across the river in Ohio at a differentlocation. I needed an 8am pickup, which I scheduled, so that I could be done with my move quickly before some afternoon business. Instead, I wait outside the Uhaul pick up for 40 minutes without anyone ever showing up to work. I waited 20 more minutes on hold with Uhaul customer service before just finding this location myself. They redeemed the terrible service of the other location and the phone service.Richard B.
