I reserved a trailer online for pickup at U-haul Fair Field Huntington Wv. Two emails where sent to me that said to pick up at Fair Field Huntington Wv. When I went to pick up they said they did not have my trailer that I would have to drive to Ashland Ky to pick it up. My pick up time was 10 and I was supposed to meet movers at 11:00. When I get to Ashland Ky they did not have the moving pads that I ordered online. So I had haul the trailer back to Fair Field and pick up moving pads. I have spent about an hour waiting to report this by phone but never got helped. On top of all of this on the way home the trailer liked water on my furniture. At 10:30am half hour past my scheduled pickup time of 10;00am I was contacted with a person telling me my pickup was going to be in Ashland Ky. So I tried to file the complaint online throw the review process they sent me a link via email that did not work. "File a complaint There was an error processing your request Something went wrong on our end. We've made a log of what happened, and will fix the issue as soon as possible".

To not put customers in a rush with the 24 hour return service. I understand the use of vehicles for other customers but don't reunion your good service because of a few bad apples.

The uhaul that we rented had a headlight out... if you drove 50mph it would shake very bad. I called today Monday 7/2 spoke to a guy to Tell him the problem that we had. 100.24 hold was on my account ended up being $80 I asked him about the credit if it would go back on my card and he made a smart ass comment “I can’t push it through the phone” I am a retail manager and would not like any employee acting this way. I am not pleased with the service nor the uhaul we had.

I was told to return U-Haul with half tank of gas. It was barely about 1/4 when I picked it up. I did put $35 in it which filled it almost to 3/4 on accident. You’re welcome.

Would have been nice if this truck would have included straps and heavy blankets for furniture. But Travis and Mike were very professional and friendly. They were recommended to me by friends and yes I would use this company again.
