ASTOR HTry to better explain everything to someone who is new to U-haul.
JOHN RThe only issue I had was I had put the money on my walmart card and it wasn't accepted..that was a major inconvenience because we had to go to the bank and deposit the cash then go back..I was told as long as it was a debit card with a major logo it would be accepted..my walmart card is a Mastercard debit so it should have been accepted..MAJOR INCONVENIENCE

LAWRENCE HThe only issue I had was the Internet said my price was $89.56 but one I got there and signed the paper it was $$189.93. and was told the difference was that the Internet doesn't add in milage. I only used the truck and car hauler for 71 miles it would have been cheaper to hire a tow truck the web sight is very misleading

Stanley PI Returned the Van before my (estimated) Return date. I contacted customer service and the Battery terminal to see if they would work with me on the (estimated) return date. They would not help me to get a refund do to the early return. The representative did not take in consideration that everything on their end is an estimate. I Returned the vehicle before the return date and did not get a refund. I Got charged about $100 more than the estimate. In the future maybe Uhaul should not use the word (Estimate) only if you are late on the return. Not satisfied with this rental experience. on a positive note The Van I rented was the only thing that was good about this experience.

Christopher MMake sure the location doesn't give out trucks that have check engine lights on yhe rental truck or holes in the tow dolly wheel wells.
Amanda KI ordered a utility dolly, furniture dolly, and some furniture pads. Most uhaul locations I have used in the past have had these addons (if ordered) in the back of the truck waiting for the consumer. I figured this one would be the same but after arriving at my house to pack things up I saw none of these items but I was charged for them. I would like a refund for the items I did not receive.

Linda SThey did an excellent job of (1) helping me find my storage unit, (2) backing my personal content loaded 15 foot U-HAUL truck next to the storage unit & also temporarily driving my empty 15 back outside next to a busy highway so that I could return the empty 15 foot U-HAUL truck to where I had parked my personal vehicle at the original location where I had rented the 15 foot U-HAUL truck.
