Business locked and no one available to complete check in at scheduled time. No hand carts available, and the only one on the premises had a flat tire. Had to wait over an hour for someone to arrive and provide truck keys, while I was paying 4 workers to help move. No keys available in lockbox.
JEFFERY WMinutes after I pulled out of the Bazaar where I picked up the U-Haul van, the clip that holds the sun visor in place fell out of the ceiling of the van. The sun visor dangled down the entire trip. The van shook from the moment I pulled away from the Bazaar like a Sherman tank. No matter whether I drove 30 MPH or 50 MPH the steering wheel and front end vibrated like a wooden rollercoaster. It seemed like the van had not had its front end aligned in years. It was an awful rental van, beat up, and scratched.
Phillip SI have two issues. Appropriate seasonal tires were not installed on the truck, and the windshield wiper, washer was inconveniently placed. You have to reach around the steering wheel to access. Problematic when driving.
