The truck did not have A/C, plus the drivers door had a gap in it, so driving on the highway made it loud. Very uncomfortable

The only thing I would suggest is to keep dollies and straps in all of the trucks. That was the only issue we had. Other than that, the service was great and the gentleman who helped us was very nice and professional and made the pick-up and drop-off easy. All in all, we had a very good experience, and will definitely use U-Haul again in the future.
