Guy at store was a grumpy old man. Got a text message to take pics of the truck before leaving the lot that I didn’t see until I got home and it was too late at that point…would have been nice if he said something about that. Also, the gas tank wasn’t full, it was between full and 3/4. He said you just need to fill it up till there when you return it… how would I know how much gas it takes to get it back to that spot? Should I put gas in, start truck and check, then put more in, start truck and check, repeat until I get it close? Why not just have a full tank of gas when I pick it up? Of course I just filled it up before returning so you’re welcome for the free gas.

Jayme MLarrry is amazing so this is more about cleanliness and not person at the desk. The truck was extremely dirty. I cleaned driver seat 5 times with clorox wipes and still came back brown. smelled horribly of sweat etc so clothes smelled horrible. ran to take shower after i returned truck. moving help said back was dirty and not sure if i wanted my mattresses there. i told them that it had covers so i will remove and wash. Our furniture was there less than 7 weeks and we had mice droppings inside our 'plastic wrapped less than a year old couch'. mice had bit through it and there were droppings on cushions and under cushions. So had to put all furniture outside and open and clean before we dared bring inside home. took 6 hours and we were still not done with 3 pieces which I will do today. I am NEVER putting my stuff in storage here again and I am never taking a truck again which smells this bad. I also now have to pay a few hundred dollars for steam cleaning company to clean couch and chairs. So overall a horrible experience!

MICHAEL CActually 2 locations to speak of. I originally went to the U-haul in Whipple Ave. and the girl there is the one who set me up with my reservation at the other store. She was awesome, and I wish I remembered her name. She had some purple highlights in her hair. Truck was perfect for the move. Got it all in one trip.

KAREN YWe arrived after the closing time of this location and it was in a mostly quiet and secure area, my only complaint is that the driveway to the drop-off location got VERY narrow for even my 15' Uhaul. Otherwise, a perfectly fine experience.

Benjamin HLarry doesn't seem to care whether or not a trailer has been cleaned for the next customer to use. I rented a trailer to move my sons tool boxes and couldn't have done it unless I swept and cleaned out the extensive loose gravel, hardened cement in front of the ramp making it impossible to roll anything across it, broken pieces of skid that filled a 5 gallon bucket, a couple tied owns, and some other loose trash, all of which shouldn't have been there for me to clean (took 15 minutes or so to chisel the concrete out). Larry said: it's a utility trailer. I said it's there to use for whatever purpose a customer chooses (within reason). However, per the U-Haul agreement "i" signed, I was to have it clean upon return. I will not ever buy anything or rent anything from Cap Stop.
