The only thing I have to say about U-Haul, is that I reserved the truck at a different location and I went there to pick it up and it wasn't there. So I had to call uhaul to find out where the truck was, turns out it wasn't going to be there for another hour or so, and at this time it was before this location opened up at (gatez fresh market) so then I got sent to Ericson Drive, and doing all of this put me back about 2 hours in my day which was a bit frustrating as I had to hurry up and get to work and move out all in that one day. All is good though

Have your vehicle ready properly cleaned on the inside and no dash lights especially the check engine light. Make sure there’s enough room to take proper pictures around the vehicle. Also make sure that the app is working correctly if not have the attendant take the pictures for you.

Giulio MThe person working there had not received adequate training to manage this job. She tried hard and was pleasant. However the process for picking up the truck took 30 minutes and it was uncertain if they would be able to actually rent me the truck.
