Employ a less aggressive dealer. He was extremely intimidating, aggressive and, unfriendly. One of the most uncomfortable experiences in a long time. I will never rent from this location nor recommend my family and friends.
Diera GI never got the SafeMove coverage. The location didn't had any blankets of dollies; trying to figure out why am I being charged for something I never had, almost a month after the reservation.
BOGDAN LI would recommend this location with reservations. This is basically a self-service rental and drop-off location. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful, but his priority was his business and not my U-Haul experience. While he showed patience with me--I was expecting to drop off my rental to a person, not to a digital encounter on the app, he was also in a rush. I parked the trailer, unplugged the wiring, unhooked the safety cables, and lifted the trailer from my tow ball. Someone with trepidation or lesser knowhow might have encountered difficulty.
