They had trouble with the computer and we were delayed then there was a red flag on my account. I had to call u haul and was on hold 22 min. Then the representative took another 18 min to see what was red flagged. Nothing was found and finally it went through. We were set so far behind in our move. We had a moving crew waiting on us on the clock. The hold time on the phone was horrendous. I have used u haul a lot in the past and I felt this was a circus. No more u haul for us. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
