Had to wait for the manager who had to walk to the location. My reservation was for 3pm and I did not get it until after 5pm. I ended up losing 2 of my movers/helpers because of the delay. I also had to pick up the manager and bring him to the store. I'm very disappointed and extremely upset with the whole deal. I would like to see some of my money back, but as this is my 2nd email I probably won't get a response.

Matt RThey did not have dollys or furniture pads. The trucks were covered in snow that had happened 2 days before the truck was picked up. The parking lot was covered in drifts of snow and ice. The person at the counter was rude and couldn’t figure out the computer system for the rental so I had to stand around for a half hour while she figured out how to give me the keys.
Dan FAt drop off there wasn’t an employee who could get into the U-haul system to confirm I had returned the truck. District mgr. could not be reached. Left the truck on good faith I would have no problems. All went well. Experience was excellent over all.
