Pick up was slow but ok. Drop off they said they could not accept and to go to another location. I went to the other location and they said I can’t drop it off there, to take it back to my main drop off. I did they was not happy and say I can’t drop go they will take care of it. Two hours of my day wasted after moving all day because know body knows what they doing.

Damien BHad to wait for the manager who had to walk to the location. My reservation was for 3pm and I did not get it until after 5pm. I ended up losing 2 of my movers/helpers because of the delay. I also had to pick up the manager and bring him to the store. I'm very disappointed and extremely upset with the whole deal. I would like to see some of my money back, but as this is my 2nd email I probably won't get a response.
