The guy who checked my U-Haul out to me was very courteous and polite I do believe his name is Roger he helped me understand the whole process better than I could understand it without him

Matt RThey did not have dollys or furniture pads. The trucks were covered in snow that had happened 2 days before the truck was picked up. The parking lot was covered in drifts of snow and ice. The person at the counter was rude and couldn’t figure out the computer system for the rental so I had to stand around for a half hour while she figured out how to give me the keys.
Dan FAt drop off there wasn’t an employee who could get into the U-haul system to confirm I had returned the truck. District mgr. could not be reached. Left the truck on good faith I would have no problems. All went well. Experience was excellent over all.
