The truck that was rented to us was one of the nastiest trucks I've ever been in. The cup holders were full of slim and I was afraid to touch anything. The floor was full of trash as well as used tissues everywhere, it was not a pleasant. I was literature grossed out and afraid to put my phone or glasses or any personal item that might stick to the slim. I would recommend a good clean up on this vehicle for future customers and I actually spent sone time and cleaned out the inside of the truck at least all the trash on the floor. Truck was stuck in Tow/Haul and would not shut off. Brakes were a little spongy. Man who rented me the truck was professional.TIMOTHY K.
The guy was legally blind, he was very rude, and our trailer didn't have break lights or turning lights and he had very poor hygiene and the place smelled liked cat spray and dirtyRichard C.

I was charged for something I clearly did not ask for and did not use. I was then told the bill could not be updated. If Uhaul bills cannot be updated then the system needs to be changed. If they can (which I assume is correct since I've used Uhaul every time I've moved), he was a liar. The man was argumentative and extremely rude. Will NOT be using this location again. Uhaul is great company and I have always used them due to competitive pricing and great equipment. This location is not a good representation of your company.MATTHEW H.

The actual company UHAUL telephone is not usable-it puts customers on hold for over an hour and never answers. The dealers cannot communicate by phone either. -. Last rental I was unable to driop trailer in a diffrent city andneeded to keep trailer extra few days and drive it an extra 550 miles to return it empty. Dealer in Georgia couldnt accept the return to change the destination.JACK G.

This was some of the worst service I have ever received. The agent was not wearing a mask, and was very reluctant to hook up my car to the car tow trolly even though I was told by a U-Haul representative over the phone this would be done. Not only was the agent rude, he made inappropriate comments about people who wear masks, and anti-Democrat comments about my moving to California and how the Governor needs to be removed. Very inappropriate and offensive. I will be calling U-Haul personally to file a complaint.Bryon K.

The guy running this place was very rude I put for 8 hours he put 2 and stated I had to have U-Haul turned back in in 2 hours which caused issues for me to move and caused me to have to rent the U-Haul again the next day elsewhere. When I first walked up he stated â€œI am with someone you go out there and waitâ€ (pointing outside) when he talked to me he talked down to me as though I was a child.KELLY S.

Vehicle was filthy! Never experienced such a dirty vehicle. I'm taking the cab. 3 of us cleaned for close to 1 hour. Actual nicotine dripping down all the back of the cab and roof. Seats, steering wheel headliner, visor and floor disgusting. Chewing tobacco spit in cup holders and floor. Leaves, and and dirt that I needed to blow out of can. Box of truck smelled moldy and musty. Needed to fabreeze. On the good side, once cleaned, it drove well.RONALD N.

The attendant hooked my lights to my trailer up wrong. I drove over 200 miles with no brake or signal lights. He stressed me to get an adapter to plug in the lights and I didn't even need it.Liza L.

There was no reality between reserving online and the rental of the truck from this location. They did not have packing blankets, but no one told us that before we picked up the truck and it was too late for us to make other accommodations. There was a cloth mask on the dashboard of the truck. While we had no difficulty with the truck, the check engine light was on the entire trip. Finally, the individual running the location had to be there because the idea on online anything there is laughable.MELISSA B.

The attendant I picked the truck up from was not very welcoming or helpful. He was working with another customer when I walked in and was harsh and impatient in how he spoke to both of us. At several points he raised his voice when it wasn't immediately understood what he was asking. The pick up process was not a great experience and made the start to our moving day more stressful than necessary.Hailey C.

The rental agent was very rude to me and the other customer there as well. Customer service just isn't his forte. After hooking up my trailer, he said I was good to go. When I got the trailer to my house, I noted it had a brake light out. I didn't go back to the rental location just because I didn't want to deal with his bad attitude again. TOO EXPENSIVE TO MOVE YOUR THINGS IN THE SANE STATE. I'll never rent a U-Haul from them again. I had a small 15-foot truck that was traveling in the same state one city in Georgia to another. I had to pay $400 plus, in that's not including the fuel I had to put in the truck. I feel like their prices change everyday is ridiculous.Erica D.

I believe you owe me a refund I have rented 3 other trucks in the last 6 months. I was truly shocked at my experience Friday July 31. It took me an hour and a half to check myself in. Or check myself out the truck from hell It scared me to drive it. I have a claim with your road side assistance. The check engine light is on. It Road rough. Felt like it was going to brake down. It was shipping and the windshield wipers were falling a part. Rubber hanging off and we had storms in Gainesville as I was leaving towards dahlonega to my storage place. Again stormed in dahlonega. I will not rent from this location or UHaul again. If I don't get at least half my money back. I am really! Disappointed in the service and condition of the truck!Heidi K.

Owner can not see his computer screen. Dolly was missing ramp retaining spring and pin. Ramp extended multiple times at highway speeds until I figured a way to tie it up so I would not extend while driving. Will not go back to this dealer.Gregory W.
