I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with U-Haul in Morehead, Kentucky. From the moment I walked in, Paula went above and beyond to help during what was a very stressful time for my family. She took the time to help us select the right trailer size, ensure we had it for the time period we needed, and patiently answered every question that came up along the way. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. What impressed me most was Paula's genuine care for people. She never made me feel rushed, and every concern was met with thoughtful guidance, patience, and a warm smile. She is the kind of person who takes an interest in others and looks for ways to help wherever she can. One of the many things I appreciated was learning about her support of local businesses and local artisans. We even had conversations about bees and arthritis, and she shared information about a locally made salve that has been incredibly helpful for me. It was clear that supporting her community is important to her, and that spirit carries over into how she treats her customers. Exceptional customer service has become increasingly rare, and Paula exemplifies what it should look like.
