The truck was dirty on the inside, but only a little bit. I cleaned it up before returning it, so it wasn't thought that I was the one who made the mess. I am SUPER grateful for this location. I ended up leaving my license, and two debit cards in the truck, but they called me a couple days later once they were found. I had just had my bad with the rest of my cards, and IDs stolen from me at work, so this was a true blessing to get that call. Thank you for helping me, even though I got there right when they were just about to quit doing U-haul for the day
Rebecca JI was renting a truck to pick something up from a u-haul storage facility, which is where I originally made my reservation for, but then it was changed to this one. it was a bummer having to pay for 10 extra miles when my round-trip would’ve initially only been 8. on top of that, I opted out of the $15 insurance but it seems I was charged for it anyway. what I initially budgeted to be about $30 (20 rental charge, 8 for mileage, plus a couple bucks for gas and tax) ended up being $65. that’s an insane price just to rent a pick-up truck for an hour and a half and I’m pretty upset. that amount of money definitely means more to me than this giant company.
