The location was closed for hours after the pick up time. We selected this site because it was an in person pick up. This was not available and we were on the phone for 45 minutes to convert it to 24/7 pick up. Laundry closet should not be labeled as in person pick up. When we opened the truck equipment we had paid for was not there. Had to call again and was redirected on the phone 4 times to the correct department and suggested we go to another site to pick up equipment.
