The customer service representative there was not trained in how to get my key for me after I had done the online check in. I ended up spending a lot of time waiting on the phone with her boss who then gave me an incorrect code to get into the lockbox before realizing later it was something else. It set me back quite a bit for the move I was in the process of doing, The tire monitoring system also came on within 5 minutes of me leaving the lot with the truck and never turned off.
