Do not rent from this location. I initially reserved a truck for 2 days just to be safe. Ended up returning a day early. It’s been almost a week and still haven’t been refunded for only using the truck for 1 day instead of 2. I have contacted support multiple times where they claim they were emailing a higher up, no resolution and even sent a message to this location and never got a response back. This location is terrible and will NEVER use them again.
Jarrod SHad an issue getting the passcode for the lockbox. The owners were super helpful and worked through the issue with me. The trucks were also what it seemed like brand new! Would rent from them again.
