First of all. A working application that allows you to log in and view your orders would be great. Second, if the systems would be more up to date so when someone reserved their truck they have accurate i formation instead of sending the customer across town back and forth and end up giving them a completely different size car like they did to me. And lastly, honor your word. Due to the disorganized employees or system messing up my order not once, not twice but THREE times. Was told I would get a discount and ended up receiving my closing invoice 25 dollars over agreed. Also please be more organized with drop off policies. I was given directions on how and when to return the vehicle. Then getting a call two days calls interrogating me if I returned the truck yet because it showed I did not return it. Good thing I had pictures of time location and if the vehicle.
