Yourt answering service is simp[le put.....it sucks I talked with a person in oKLAHOMA, ONE IN wASHINGTON, ONE IN aRIZONA before I got set up with a caar dolly. It was located 80 miles from where I was. I went to get it. As I understand it of one calls a certain U-Haul dealership if they don'e answer in five rings tyhe call is transferred somewhere else. The original place I stopped said my towing vehicle would not be enough to tow a smaLL SIZED PICKUP FROM sPOLANE TO mONTANA. aFTER TALKING WING THE THIRD PERSON, HE SAID MY VEHICLE HAD PLEMNTY OF POWER TO DO THE JOB. tHIS TOOK ALL DAY TO FINALLY GET ON THE EROAD. I hate the Caps lock key more than I hate U-haul. I won't use U-haul agaibn....ever. I am not concerned with mispelled words nor the caps key.
