The experience was very good. The only thing I want to mention is we were surprised the truck had no navigation screen, and when we tried to add our phones for navigation, we got some message that there were too many stored devices, it was "full".

Carlos HEverything was excellent. Great communication. Friendly and helpful staff. The ONLY thing that we forgot is I was t sure if I was supposed to pick up the dolly or if they were supposed to throw it in the truck. So I drove off without a dolly. I had plenty of family to help pack the truck so it made very little difference. When I arrived in Denver, the U-Haul location on alemeda gladly let me use a dolly. Great service on both ends!

JOHN TI love this family ran and owned operation it's better than the one down on Cerrillos by the Herrera area off of Jaguar.
ROBIN EWe only got one key when we picked up the truck - I was told by the locksmith that had to open the truck when I locked the key in it, that we should have received 2. The Uhaul cab was a little dirty- there was spilled coffee / soda in the cup holders and on one of the doors. The trailer itself hadn't been swept well before we got it. There was a substantial amount of pet hair and plant debris/dirt. The truck itself ran great, the AC was cold, no issues! The staff at the Uhaul location were very helpful and friendly!
Toni BI've rented equipment from this location for years, and regardless of whom they seem to make a new face, it always feels like going back to friendly waters for a swim. Staff is excellent, very professional, very human. Appreciate the guys and the quality of the selections available when it is my time to move something. Never feels petty or imbalanced. Thanks.

Steve BCheck in was easy and I appreciated the walk around with the local manager. Great job. The trailer itself was old but well maintained and I had no issues with the equipment or the process.
Dennis LTruck had an engine light on which was a oxygen sensor issue relating to a broken muffler, head light bulb had also failed. Standard maintenance not a complaint just items that need to be taken care of, I informed the store who said they will get items fixed. The truck had over 100k miles so things like this happen. I will use this store again and it does not affect my good opinion of uhaul

Morgan wBrakes failed halfway to Albuquerque. Black smoke and screeching. They were completely shot. When the towtruck showed up they tipped the Uhaul up on the back and seriously damaged my piano. I will never, ever, EVER use UHaul again. Renting people 26-foot trucks without checking the brake pads is egregious.

Christopher SThey were doing all they could. They were short on some of the items we had reserved but we got most of what we needed. Not their fault though, just busy. Only thing was I never got a confirmation call the day before from UHaul to go over the equipment bc on line it says we / you cant guarantee the trailer size we wanted until day before. I called the store and they said we were good but usually I get some one in regional office that calls day before. But folks at store were great and easy in and out. Thank you.

William MI ordered a 26' truck. I was notified that my reservation had been "modified" to a 20' truck. I accepted the modification, not realizing that a 20' truck means bumper-to-bumber rather than the bed size. We ended up having to spend nearly $600 extra on a trailer when not all of our things fit in the "20' truck". This is blatantly deceptive behavior. I will be contacting the legal department at my company. The customer service from Sean was exceptional, however, when I needed to pick up the additional trailer.
STEVEN WPeople seem to have a hard time parking the trucks upon return. I had a hard time picking a place that had not been taken by someone parking in two places.

Pandora SOf the two sites in Santa Fe, NM, the on is be far the best site! Everything about this site was excellent - exceptional, especially the knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff! The equipment is clean, well maintained, and always ready to use. Service on checking in and returning the equipment is fast and efficient.

I appreciate his help so much especially because it’s so uncommon in Santa Fe in general to find helpful staff or management anywhere..
