I initially made a reservation at the Cerrillos location with an employee in person, weeks in advance. They recorded my car incorrectly and I found out the day before my move that they did not have any of the parts needed for a hitch to be installed on my car. They were very unhelpful and after an hour of searching any alternate options in town, I returned to rent a moving truck. I was offered nothing for the inconvenience, not even an apology for their mistake.
