Worked with a great guy at the UHaul store. He was really helpful in explaining things to us. Took extra time to show me how to put the lock on. Nice guy

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe man that checked us in at 8 am was not friendly at all. Very curt and short with his words.
Dakota LAlways a welcoming experience during a usually stressful day. Customer experience is wonderful and the employees are trustworthy, professional and a delight to be around.

SHAUN PPower steering unit failed , and the dealership told me the cost was $334.00 and the email bill arrived as 425.00$, I drove about 20 miles out of my way to deal with the mechanical malfunction, time ,mileage and cost of material. Not really satisfied with the over all experience Doug Ostrofff [redacted]
