The owner don't explain anything about the app, the extras fees and the location contract. Don't tell me that an equipment i asked was missing but charged it on my bill. The owner wasn't there for us and as been expeditive to close quicly the deal. The location center is supposed to be open until 9 pm but was close at 7h15 when we showed up to take the truck. We had to wait till 8 pm that the owner came back
