Average cost 50$ and it's cost me 150$. A lot of hidden fees. They charged me a cleaning fee even though I returned the truck in the exact same condition I got it. I was also charged an after-hours fee when it was actually the store's fault, which is completely ridiculous. I expect a partial refund because this was a very, very poor experience
ISSAM LLorsque je suis arrivée, les bureaux étaient fermés. Un autre client a pu faire le même constat alors qu'il nous avait été indiqué que cela serait ouvert è l'heure de notre arrivée (17h30/18h) Je n'ai pas pu indiquer que le camion était sale à la prise du véhicule, et il m'est facturé 25 dollards de frais de ménage! Déçue de cette expérience
DELPHINE Sla personne très avenante, aidante et surtout conciliante car dans ma problématique, il a tout fait pour me rendre service au mieux alors je suis très heureuse d'avoir été à cet endroit. Je risque de le réutiliser prochainement.
