Maxim SCharging an extra day when it was dropped off on time was classic scam type of business. “Drop off and you can leave, you’ll get an email confirmation”. As I’ve dealt with this type of poor business before I made sure to get a receipt. However, she made sure to wait a minute after my drop off time in order to charge me another day. I was standing in the office for 5+ minutes after dropping the trailer off to get my receipt with an empty office. “All you have left is the $28.99, correct for the deposit?”. I wasn’t aware of the charge so I went along with it as she didn’t call it a late drop off/extra day. Got home to read the extra charge and receipt saying I was charged for an extra day for late drop off. Wasn’t dropped off late, dropped off on time with time stamped photos. Now I don’t mind paying for something that is legitimate but lying to a customer telling them it was a deposit that was put on and is charged at your arrival is some scam type of business for another $30 when I dropped off on time. Typical type of scam type of business owners that try to take advantage of unknowing customers. If this is being done, I wonder what other type of back alley type of business is being done here. Would not recommend and certainly would recommend any other business that doesn’t scam there customers generally but especially with a pretty face, lies, and capitalizing on their lack of knowledge. Do not recommend and would work with any other type of U-Haul location than deal with dishonest people.
Jason YBlankets were full of mold and unable to use them, both my husband and I were exposed when opening the bag. Still have not seen a refund. The van smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t rent from this location again.

RUSLAN LU-Haul smelled like curry. Had food on the floor and walls. We had to clean the U-Haul multiple times
Vita KWe could not find the entry point for 20 minutes. Thy didn’t hook up the trailer for us nor would they whe we asked them too, they didn’t have the extension wire for the lighting on the trailer we took it off another trailer to make the lights work and the location. They gave me to drop off doesn’t accept after hours drop off.
