This location is always available its a shame I have to drive 45min to this location because all of the locations in Sterling never have what I need available. 😡

The photo procedure at check-in is a little clunky. I always take a photo that shows the mileage and fuel gauge. I should be able to upload that photo. But the check-in app tries to be too clever and forces it's own image from my phone camera, the flash was activated. It resulted in a much inferior image to the one I took independently. There should have been a way for me to upload my independent image. Other than that, it was a smooth rental. The vehicle used much less fuel than I expected. Very impressed.

JESUS HEasy reservation, easy check in, easy hookup, immediate help with an equipment issue and hooking up, help with checking my lights. My husband dropped the trailer off when we had completed our move and everything went smooth as silk. Overall really excellent folks that were very gracious and helpful. I will definitely use this store again.
