First my reservation was booked at a location that was shut down. I was supposed to pick up the equipment at The Outpost at 7:30 AM. They were not expecting me until 10:00 AM. I did not get my text for the equipment pick up until 10:30 AM. The Outpost could not access the computer system or get my reservation to charge me. They let me have the equipment without charging me or taking any pictures. I had to hook up the car hauler myself. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very unprofessional. This location is not representative of U Haul at all. They need proper training. They are a liability to U Haul by not practicing the U Haul standards.
