He new what I was after, Hooked me up to the unit, did the paper work & it was seem lees. The only draw back to this location is the slow or outdated computer system.' HERBERT AThis was NOT a good experience....and I would expect a partial refund. We were called on Friday, July 4 by the regional office. They informed us the local office did not set up our rental for Saturday, July 5 and that our location was closed. The only option was to move to Sunday. We rearranged everything...and were not happy. Turns out, they were open on Saturday! We arrived Sunday and got the truck in the rain. The truck leaked on the "upper shelf" area and damaged all our boxes. Overall, horrible experience.

I'm a repeat customer, why can't this store move into the 21st century? Or at least celebrate my birthday while I wait...that's an attempt at humor - everything else is serious.
