I've used this place for the past 3-years and it's always been a wonderful experience up until this past week. I rented a 4'x8' trailer and upon my arrival the unit number didn't match the plate number and the plate expiration date was 3/23, well past my 9/27/23 pickup. I was then given another unit. Upon my arrival in Fernandina Beach, FL, I looked at my paperwork and the drop off destination indicated Wyoming, MI. If I hadn't brought this error to their attention I would have been charged a heavy destination fee for drop off.
