1. Drop off was made after hours and no personnel 2. Drop off was very difficult because I made it quite clear at sign up that I did not have a smart phone, and only a flip phone used for calls only. 3. I left the drop off location answers empty and explained why in this comment box, then you wiped out this entire box because I did not fill out those responses, for rental drop off and so I had to retype this box all over again.
COLLEEN AThe trailer that was rented had a bent axle. I called the store right away after driving a few hundred yards. They said the trailer would not bounce once loaded and made me feel like I was incompetent to see an issue.
