Rims on the trailer were very rusty. Availability on a holiday day forced me to get the trailer early. I was told I wouldn't be charged for the early pickup but they charged me anyway. Awaiting an appeal....

The gauge was incorrectly reported by the agent and because of that, I got charged a fee for not putting gas in the tank, though I drove 7 total miles. The employee could have atleast been nicer about it, but he said “We have to use f***ing AI”. I have been told by several friends that this location has scammed them as well for this. The mileage was also wrong when reported. Again, I only drove 7 miles. I’m not happy with this at all.

Amy RThe manager was extremely helpful and friendly. There were many people returning trucks but he was calm and upbeat. I appreciated that he answered our phone call to help with directions when we were stuck in traffic.
