Terry SStaff was very unfriendly..rude had the customer service of a bedside commode. I don’t care what time of year it is. It’s not my problem you are short on equipment they way your present it to me was such the wrong way. If i wasn’t in dire need of your truck I would have gladly taken my business else where. Short on equipment kindly say it in that tone and manner. Sorry sir/maam due to the time of year we are short on trucks at the moment but if you would like to reserve one we can see what we have available at your desired time. Then when trying to walk away and I tell you to have a nice day mumbling under your breath rude comments so that my wife could hear you. I even returned said vehicle way back before said time just to make sure that reserved vehicle was back in time for your next customer. Like 6 hrs before time. Again do better customer service. Having a bad day leave it at the door.
