The customer service was amazing!!! The uhual truck was very under maintenance! And pretty scary to drive. Let alone still trash on the floor inside the bed of the truck!

KEVIN DThis was great, except the U-Haul computer would not work, so the reservation could not be accessed. This is not the business’s fault, total U-Haul issue.
Angela DBeing only a few miles from where I live; this location is very convenient. They had lots of trouble with the Uhaul app which made check in and out a little long; but the overall experience was very good.
MICHAEL HDon’t allow avillia to represent U-Haul. They even commented on turning off U-Haul rentals for rest of day. I met a former employee who also quit due to there slackness. However Albion is the opposite. They deserve fresh equipment and a solid chance in a new store. I would def go back to Albion anytime and would refer them to anyone. Avillia absolutely not.
