My only complaint is that I was over charged on the mileage. I was told over the phone that there was a special for $.79 per mile and I was build $1.39 per mile.

I wasn't aware the truck didn't have a ramp.
Diana CU-HAUL guaranteed me 0.30$ per mile for switching my pickup / drop off spot. They charged me 0.79$ per mile. The odometer on pickup was 12 miles higher than the receipt said. Then I was charged for 28 miles of driving when I only put 16 miles on the truck. I even filled the gas tank higher as a gift, and was overcharged for all the other things. I have pictures for reference.
Brett VOffice didn't open until 0900. No pads no hand truck.. When I went to get pads at another location instead of adding the 5.00 charge to my truck contract they took the time to write a new contract. Clerks were courteous and friendly
RICHARD GNot a uhaul location. It was at a post office. They lied and charged me $10.97 for 2 gallons of gas because they said it wasn't at 1/4 tank. Luckily I took a picture of the mileage and gas tank before giving them the keys.
