We had a very hard time getting her to answer the phone number. It appears that she lives at the site, and the operation is so small that she wasn't quick to respond? Didn't expect anyone? Definitely not responsive or welcoming. Unfortunately we HAVE to rent ONE more unit in a few months, and will will try to not get it from this site (not that they would even have one, or respond). The next site is going to be an extra 30 miles away but we HAVE to get one when we need it and can't risk her simply not answering the phone.
