The truck smelled like urine. The application did not work so we had to keep the truck until Monday when the location was open That cost me an additional day and insurance which is not right because the U-haul app was the problem. The location was great the staff helpful.

I understand everything is on paper but for some people is better to tell in person. I didn’t know how anything works.

Tylik SThe truck broke down. The transmission blew. The truck had to be towed the last 117 miles to its destination. U-Haul did the right thing by towing it but that truck should never have been allowed off the lot.

FELIX RIt would be nice to have a brighter light in the yard at nights. It was a bit after nine and I wanted to check in the truck; but being alone and a woman’s at night I did not feel comfortable doing so because of the lights, being so dull in the yard. having to stand outside alone while checking in. Everything else was ok.
DATHL Mwhen returning the uhaul, make the process less time consuming. Several times I returned truck and wi-fi was an issue or the uhual site is down. Picking up the truck on the mobile app is easier. Dropping off truck should be similar process.

ZINAL ENo furniture dolly on site. Despite having one in my cart. When I told the man he laughed at me and said you would've went somewhere else over a furniture dolly? Had to throw out two pieces of furniture never going to Uhaul again. Only Home Deport moving forward

It was also difficult to get internet service to upload license and info for uhaul website inside the store if you had tmobile. You had to go outside to get a connection. This was quite annoying and was not his fault. They should contact tmobile to ask for a check of tower availability in the area because it can affect this business.

Frank CTo Jason (I believe is the correct name): I received great service at this U-haul location as well as on the telephone. They are professional and amicable. No pressure and kindly answered questions as it was my first rental. The van was clean, ran well and economical with the gas usage. I have only one negative; corporate should install wi-fi inside the building so that customers can complete the rental process inside as it was difficult to do outside the facility. Anthony GVery dark sketchy location, left truck over night and they didn’t even bother to look into their records for previous damage photos prior to me renting this vehicle and tried to bill me an additional $311.00 on top of my charges. I never received a phone call about the charges only a email already billed and taken from card left on file. Had to call the original Uhaul location where I rented from and they had the damages listed prior, be careful with these scammers at this location they will try to charge additional without doing the legwork to see if damages were already there!
