I have received multiple reservation with my number and email address that I did not request.

MALHERB AI'm not Happy for several reasons. 1st-My initial reservation was at a different location and literally while standing there waiting to be serviced a rep from Uhaul central called to ask if I was still interested in the rental or not and I informed him that not only did I still need the rental, but I was and had been at the location for quite some time. The rep then tried to contact the location via phone several times and had to give up while I was waiting which is what led me to the location that I rented the vehicle from. The initial reservation place should not be listed as a pickup location going forward, because they are horrible! 2nd-When making my reservation online, I explicitly did not accept the insurance package, yet I was charged for that in my final bill. Please explain why that happened and how can it be rectified? [redacted]
JAM SThe person who was helping me with the rental was 30 minutes late. I had a far move and that messed up my scheduling. The guy was nice but its no excuse to be late for a reserved pick up.
