I had a confirmed reservation for a one-way trailer pickup in Cheyenne, WY. Two days before my reservation and after making plans for my 1500-mile trip I was informed that the only available one-way trailers were over 80 miles away. This was very inconvenient and not a good way to conduct business. The pickup in Wheatland, WY did not go well and took over two hours to process due to a lack of preparation. The individual running the operation was not expecting me and the first trailer he tried to give me was not in the system and was off site. I had to go to another location in town to pick up the trailer just to find out it could not be rented to me. Then they brought over a trailer that was in the system and re-input all the information again.

I have call screening on my phone and when the guy called to confirm the pickup time he cussed me out and said "pick up the f**king phone". That was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I have this on recording on my phone. This is not acceptable by any means at all. On top of that whoever put the trailer on my car did not tighten the ball all the way causing issues for me and could've been really bad.
