Dave did a great job and was helpful not only selecting the right trailer for my needs, but also assisted with other items that assisted in the transport for a one way trip. He explained the entire process for returning the equipment in a different state and provided options for different locations. Greatly appreciated.

The shop was fine and Mr. David was very friendly. This particular truck was the problem. It was very clean, but the A/C was very inconsistent. The engine sounded rough and the back end of the cargo area leaked after driving through some rain.

The location was so hot inside. The worker was so rude. This wasn't the original location I booked. That location was over booked so they called me 3 hours before my pickup time and told me that I needed to switch to another location which was this location. The new location was completely out of the way. The worker who called to change was very nice and even discounted me some for the mileage. From my house the old location was 6 miles the new location was 20 miles. She informed me that I would need to call her when I get there to change my rate. We get to the new location he isn't friendly at all has to do everything on his phone because his computer was having issues. I state that I need to be discounted because of what happened. He says he can't do anything. At that point I remembered I needed to call her back. So I did I talked to her and then she put me on hold, his phone rings and he says hello and then truly says nothing til "Whatever" and then hangs up on the worker I guess when she is done. He finishes with me and we leave he says nothing about what happens on returning the truck and the key drop. The truck smelled like smoke hadn't been washed the door made a popping sound when opening and pieces of the bumper were falling off when we took it.

I would suggest a better way to get the key to the customer , in this location , you have to walk from the office to a location on the main gate, unlock a lock box , then go find your ride , then when you get back park then re walk back to the gate unlock the lock and put the key back , it doesn’t sound like a lot , but for older people in 100 degree weather it’s annoying , but I will say the rep there was veryy pleasant and the equipment was top shape , thank you

Issue with reservations system which took forever to get it. Also my one way return was not showing. Called your 800 # and the fixed it fast so no worries

Extraordinary service!!! Wow!!! I got several recommendations on how to handle problems with the dolly while driving and that is absolutely amazing!!!! Service was so great that I even forgot that uhaul servers were having a problem that caused a delay in my rental.

To identify the uhaul spot easily they should some spot numbers or something.

The owner or manager whoever the guy is working behind the desk promised me a discount when I first arrived. I didn’t realize until almost halfway through the process that he asked me to be his girlfriend. When I declined, he never gave me the discount on the mileage. He’s using women who come in there for sex. He even offered me free U-Haul rentals if I would be his girlfriend.

Don't get me wrong - the guy in The Ship Shop and the agent lady (whom the guy in The Ship Shop introduced) were very nice but the first lady in the Uhaul customer service I called was very RUDE and NOT RESPONSIVE. My pickup spot was changed in the last minute and the Uhaul system was down when I got there. I couldn't pick my trruck up due the system. I had to call Uhaul customer center and the lady was not very helpful! The guy in the Ship Shop also said that she was not very helpful and rude. She ended up hanging up my call. Eventually the lady whom the guy in the Ship Shop introduced helped me out but it took me 1 hour in that store. Very bad experience

The guy asked me if I was any good at backing up a trailer I said no He got in my truck and slowly backed it up. I was in a hurry, and he was slow. I was not used to this level of customer service
