Drop off was after hours so no personnel was involved until the next day when I called to check if the return was complete. The attendant was helpful and courteous. However the address was misleading and signage nonexistent. We only found it by seeing a U-Haul truck in the lot. Also, the check-out. Outdoor be improved by making the photos uploadable from the camera roll. The location was not listed on the app.
